Greater Arlington is 10 minutes away from downtown Jacksonville. It’s on the eastside and sits just past the Jacksonville University neighborhood. Here you find yourself closer to the CRG airport. This means extra noise, but the lower rental prices make up for it. The biggest perk of living here, however, is that you’ll be within walking distance of Atlantic, Neptune and Jacksonville Beaches. You’re also going to be real close to Adventure Landing, which is an amusement park that younger kids love.
